What is your jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is brass based, which is a composition of copper and zinc.
Can I wear brass if I have sensitive skin?
For piercings such as earrings it is generally recommended that you wear hypoallergenic options such as sterling silver or gold plated. However at Sati Studio we offer the choice to modify earrings and add a sterling silver 92.5 wire, or stainless steel in order to be able to wear the brass pieces.Other items such as bracelets and pendants are usually okay , however if you have severe allergies please stick with sterling silver based items.
Can I get my jewellery wet?
It is generally recommended to keep brass dry in order to maintain its shiny gold colour. You can polish it with a dry cloth and/ or white vinegar to spruce it up after a while. Some people , however, preferred a more tarnished brass effect - and that is cool too!
Although BRASSO a brass cleaning liquid is the most recommended way of cleaning brass jewellery.
I placed an order, how long until dispatch?
Fast dispatch is one of our priories at Sati Studio, so we aim to ship in 1-2 days and sometimes even the same day if you are lucky (and in time đ).
Are there any customs fees?
This really depends on the country, if you are concerned please reach out before purchasing and we can help along the way.
My order has not arrived, what shall I do?
Please check the tracking code and address provided. if it says âdeliveredâ then please check the mailbox, and the neighbourâs mailbox ( yes, the mail person can make mistakes, sometimesâŚ). If you still cannot find your order , please send us a message to admin@satistudio.com and we will try our very best to locate your item and will resolve it as quickly as possible.
